Few things have been as important in Coach Dana's life as the sport of volleyball, which she has been involved with for over 20 years. Coach Coach Dana played at Saint Mark's high School and won a State Championship her junior year,  the state runner-up her senior year, and was also named First Team All-State. Coach Dana started coaching at Saint Mark's right after graduating, and helped lead the team to the 2009 and 2010 State Championships. She was part of the University of Delaware Volleyball's coaching staff for five seasons, serving as the Director of Operations for three years and assistant coach for two. She recently rejoined the coaching staff at Saint Mark's High School.

Coach Dana was previously a coach and co-director at a few travel clubs in the area, and we are lucky enough to have her be a part of  our Delaware United staff since 2022. Dana is both Safesport and Impact certified and is a member of USA Volleyball.
